MINISTRY OF FINANCE Order is hereby given, for the amendment on Article 11, 16 and 18 and the appendix of Article 4 of "Regulations Governing the Declaration, Inspection, Duty and Release of Personal Luggage or Goods of Inward Passengers" (amended regulations shall be coming into force from 1st, February 2026)
